Tell us what you are holding.
Converter type, a rough count and where it is. We come back with an honest view of it, usually the same working day.
What are you holding?
Converter type, a rough count and where it is sitting. That is enough for us to come back properly, without a second round of questions.

Getting a reply
How quickly will I get a reply?
Enquiries that arrive during working hours are usually answered the same working day. Anything sent after 7:00 PM is picked up the next morning.
What should I put in an enquiry?
Converter type — ceramic or metallic, petrol or diesel, two-wheeler or four — a rough count or weight, and where the material is sitting. That is enough for us to respond properly without a second round of questions.
Do you deal with suppliers outside Delhi?
Yes. Collection is arranged across India, and we are registered to move export consignments onward to our contracted refineries.
Can I visit before I send material?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Come and watch a lot be decanned and sampled — it explains the process better than this website can.
